Leads a single CVS retail store team to deliver operational and service excellence through staffing, coaching, training, and performance management.
What you'll do
- Hire, train, coach, and manage front-store and cross-trained colleagues, including performance development and engagement.
- Schedule to business demand, manage labor spending, and improve store measures such as sales, service, loyalty, shrink, and compliance.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, high-quality store and coordinate with pharmacy and other in-store teams.
