What you'll do
- Manage pharmacy workflow, prescription fulfillment, controlled-substance handling, inventory, and secure operation of the remote dispensing pharmacy.
- Support patients at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone; resolve or escalate concerns and offer information about immunizations and other services.
- Follow pharmacy laws and company procedures, collaborate with the supervising pharmacy, and mentor new hires.
