About the job
Conduct approximately 30-minute telehealth video visits with health plan members to review medical and medication histories, educate them, answer questions, and help close gaps in care.
What you'll do
- Conduct online Video Visits in a private setting with adequate internet connectivity.
- Provide 40 hours of weekly availability, with targets of 320+ capacity units and 220+ completed visits per month.
- Maintain required training, credentialing, affiliations, compliance, and participation in clinical and operational meetings.
