What you'll do
- Administer VMware and hyper-converged platforms; manage provisioning, lifecycle updates, backup, replication, and disaster recovery.
- Resolve critical incidents as a 24x7 Level 3 escalation, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams.
- Improve operations through monitoring, capacity management, automation, security practices, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
