Lead product strategy and design for CWILL’s integrated ecommerce platform, turning shared data and AI capabilities into customer workflows and commercially viable products for US merchants.
What you'll do
- Conduct merchant discovery and validate platform use cases with customers, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Design cross-product journeys and AI Agent tasks, permissions, approvals, and human escalation flows.
- Co-own platform packaging, pricing, go-to-market strategy, prioritization, and cross-product adoption.

- B2B SaaS product experience; ideally with multi-product customer platforms.
- Demonstrated customer discovery skills, including merchant conversations, pilots, and roadmap development.
