Support and improve CWILL’s Shopify loyalty and referrals product by resolving customer and enterprise issues and building full-stack product enhancements.
What you'll do
- Investigate, prioritize, and resolve technical issues across frontend, backend, and data; document recurring troubleshooting guidance.
- Support enterprise customers by tracking production issues, communicating progress, and providing data corrections or workarounds.
- Build, test, and release product improvements while optimizing performance and reducing technical debt.
