Supports Cyera’s 24/7 security operations and customers by monitoring security events, analyzing incidents, reporting findings, and helping operate and optimize the Cyera platform.
What you'll do
- Monitor and analyze customer security events; assist with incident response and escalations.
- Prepare customer reports and dashboards, including open-source and dark-web intelligence findings, with suggested remediation.
- Support platform onboarding, integration, tuning, and ongoing customer operations; develop standard operating procedures.
