Leads a small customer success engineering team while directly helping enterprise customers adopt and get value from Cyera’s data security platform.
What you'll do
- Manage and mentor the team while serving as a hands-on technical leader and escalation point for customers.
- Drive onboarding, training, sustained platform adoption, customer success plans, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, advocate for customer feedback, and collaborate internally to improve customer outcomes.
