Leads a regional sales team to grow the territory, win customers, and meet or exceed sales quotas for Cyera’s identity security business.
What you'll do
- Coach and mentor Account Executives on prospecting, account management, sales methodology, and performance.
- Monitor sales activity and results, maintain CRM practices, and keep sales leadership informed of progress.
- Develop territory growth and key customer and channel relationships; support recruiting and handle escalations.
