What you'll do
- Lead and develop the team, set priorities, and manage operational cadence and coverage.
- Command major incidents, including containment, stakeholder communication, and after-action reviews.
- Own agentic SOC metrics and improvements, agent fleet guardrails, and the Customer Zero program.
