What you'll do
- Analyze customer datasets with SQL to find gaps, anomalies, and opportunities to improve platform accuracy and coverage.
- Turn field findings into inputs for model tuning, product improvements, and R&D priorities; collaborate with field teams to tune the platform for customers.
- Build internal tools and automation, and maintain documentation, runbooks, and best-practice frameworks.
