- Experience
- 5–8+ years as a Manufacturing Engineer, NPI Engineer, or Product Data Engineer in server hardware, enterprise compute, or high-density electronics.

Own product data, manufacturing quality, and build execution for a server appliance platform, coordinating hardware handoffs with OEM partners from prototype through mass production.
What you'll do
- Administer Arena PLM product data, including BOMs, vendor and component lists, and engineering changes.
- Audit OEM assembly and quality processes, and validate factory testing and hardware configuration procedures.
- Lead NPI reviews, hardware failure analysis, and corrective actions with OEM partners.
