Embed with major city and agency customers to configure Cyvl’s infrastructure platform, build custom integrations, drive adoption and account growth, and develop a repeatable playbook for new cities.
What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement across operational, technical, IT, and leadership stakeholders.
- Configure Cyvl for agency data and workflows, and prototype custom outputs and integrations.
- Support account expansion and develop scalable FDE processes, including onboarding, integration patterns, and ROI frameworks.

- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
