About the job
Analyzes commercial and client-related data to develop insights and recommendations that inform business strategy and improve client engagement.
What you'll do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to marketing, client engagement and retention, product development, and communications; present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence analyses and support implementation of recommendations.
- Work with international data and software development teams to improve data and systems for relationship management, communications, transaction processing, and client experience.
