VP, Global Controller

What you'll do

• Own close, consolidation, financial reporting, accounting policies, and the relationship with the Big 4 auditor; lead quarterly reporting and SOX readiness.
• Oversee international accounting, consolidation, tax and treasury coordination, and manufacturing cost accounting across global entities.
• Build the global accounting team and systems roadmap, automate processes, and prepare finance systems and controls for public-company requirements.

What they ask for

• 12+ years of accounting experience, including senior accounting leadership at a high-growth, operationally complex company.
• Big 4 audit background.
• Hands-on experience preparing a company for IPO readiness or operating as a public company, including SOX, SEC reporting, and quarterly close.
• Experience with scalable accounting systems and processes, and multi-entity international consolidation, including transfer pricing, intercompany, and FX.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing, supply chain, or hardware-plus-services experience, including inventory and cost accounting.
• CPA and/or advanced degree; ERP, procure-to-pay, or HRIS implementation/remediation experience is also a bonus.

$240K – $320K USD base salary
