AI Lead Software Architect - SME

What you'll do

• Design distributed AI platforms, LLM/SLM inference pipelines, multi-agent systems, and RAG platforms.
• Optimize AI compute and inference across heterogeneous hardware, and establish AI security, governance, and DevSecOps practices.
• Set enterprise technical standards and roadmaps, lead R&D, and advise executive and intelligence-community stakeholders.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of software engineering and systems architecture experience, including leadership delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Advanced expertise in AI frameworks, LLMOps, model adaptation and fine-tuning, and ML systems engineering.
• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Ph.D.
• Relevant advanced certifications, classified air-gapped AI deployment experience, or recognized AI engineering contributions.

$225,000.00 – $285,000.00+ USD base salary
