Develops and maintains technical and operational documentation, plans, procedures, and briefings for customer mission support.
What you'll do
- Prepare and manage systems, programming, and operations documentation, including manuals, SOPs, reports, and project plans.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to research and explain technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Create visual process flows, architectural diagrams, and presentations using tools such as Visio and PowerPoint.
