Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable

What you'll do

• Lead the global AR month-end close, including subledger-to-GL reconciliations, accruals, and management reporting.
• Own AFDA and CECL models, AR subledger integrity, audit readiness, and SOX controls.
• Drive AI and automation adoption and partner on workflow redesign and SAP implementation.

What they ask for

• 6+ years of progressive AR and GL accounting experience in a mid-to-large organization, including month-end close, AFDA/CECL, reconciliations, and AR reporting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong U.S. GAAP judgment and ability to independently research and document accounting conclusions.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, or similar); advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, dynamic arrays) and experience deploying or evaluating AI tools in finance.

Nice to have

• CPA; public accounting background.
• Acquisition accounting experience; high-growth technology or SaaS industry experience, recurring or usage-based billing exposure, or familiarity with Databricks.

Pay

$128,000 — $176,000 USD (base salary); $115,200 — $158,400 USD (base salary); $108,800 — $149,600 USD (base salary)
