Delivery Solutions Architect - High-Tech & Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Own technical account plans and coordinate customer-facing teams to drive onboarding, enablement, go-live, adoption, and healthy workload consumption.
• Serve as the technical contact for production and go-live issues, escalating complex needs and coordinating services and product teams.
• Develop execution plans, roadmaps, and customer-health updates covering use cases, adoption, governance, and optimization.

What they ask for

• 5+ years accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI, with ability to contribute to customer technical debate and design choices.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experience.

Nice to have

• Understanding of distributed data systems architecture and how to attribute business value to project deliverables.
• Experience managing complex escalations, discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, and complex program delivery; track record of overachievement against targets.

Pay

$180,000 — $247,500 USD (salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles; posting does not specify which applies to this position)
