What you'll do
- Own technical account plans and coordinate customer-facing teams to deliver onboarding, enablement, go-live, adoption, and ongoing use-case success.
- Serve as the accountable technical lead and first contact for production-related questions and escalations, coordinating specialist resources as needed.
- Develop customer execution plans, manage stakeholder and executive governance, and report on usage, customer health, risks, and progress.
