What you'll do
- Own technical account strategies and execution plans across customer use cases, coordinating customer stakeholders and Databricks teams.
- Guide onboarding, enablement, production go-live, adoption, and healthy workload consumption; act as the first contact for related technical issues.
- Develop customer roadmaps and delivery plans, manage escalations, and report on usage, customer health, risks, and progress.
