Leads post-sale technical strategy and delivery for strategic SLED customers, accelerating Databricks use cases into production, adoption, and healthy consumption while coordinating customer stakeholders and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Own technical account strategies and execution plans for customer use cases, including onboarding, enablement, go-live, and adoption.
- Coordinate customer-facing teams and resources, manage escalations, and work with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to address delivery needs.
- Track and report customer health, usage, risks, investment status, and use-case progress; develop plans for optimization and executive governance.
