What you'll do
- Lead and develop the engineering team building Spark Structured Streaming for open source and the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Set execution processes and guide technical architecture, product roadmap, quality, and operational reliability.
- Recruit and coach engineers, and promote Stream Processing adoption across Databricks products.
