Lakebase Associate Director - Retail

What you'll do

• Identify and drive Lakebase opportunities, revenue, activations, and consumption with regional Account Executives.
• Lead complex sales cycles, including discovery, proof-of-value projects, negotiation, and close.
• Develop strategic account plans and enable customers and field teams to adopt and sell Lakebase.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Proven success selling data platforms, operational databases, or adjacent data/AI infrastructure.
• Experience leading specialist or overlay sales motions jointly with core Account Executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience selling Postgres, operational databases, OLTP workloads, or transactional cloud database services.
• Familiarity with lakehouse architectures, cloud ecosystems, reverse ETL, real-time decisioning, or AI-native applications.

Pay
