- Hire, coach, develop, and manage Solutions Architects, maintaining a strong hiring pipeline and team culture.
- Partner with Sales leadership and internal teams to meet sales and consumption targets and deliver customer success.
- Keep the team technically current and guide customer qualification, proofs of concept, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.
