Leads the strategy, engineering, and delivery of Databricks’ self-serve Learning products, including self-paced and enterprise-managed learning experiences and AI-powered learning tools.

- Set technical and product strategy for Learning and connect it to the broader self-serve growth motion.
- Own the roadmap and execution of the 0-to-1 product, scaling it to millions of learners while establishing engineering quality practices.
- Lead and grow the engineering team and collaborate across R&D, Learning & Enablement, Marketing, and Field Engineering.
