Solutions Architect - Digital Native Business (Healthtech)

What you'll do

• Own account technical strategy from discovery through production deployment and consumption growth.
• Lead architecture discussions and build solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Advise customer technical leaders, coordinate cross-functional resources, and provide structured feedback to influence product direction.

What they ask for

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or a senior hands-on technical role.
• Strong Python and SQL coding proficiency, including live coding, debugging, and solution building.
• Expertise in distributed data systems; experience with public-cloud production deployments and Databricks proficiency or ability to gain it rapidly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

• Healthcare data standards or compliance familiarity, or experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or medical-device companies.
• Databricks certifications; competitive-platform experience; data/AI company or cloud-provider background; or relevant industry expertise.

Pay

$180,000 — $247,500 USD (expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles; classification not specified)
