What you'll do
- Scope customer business value and pilot success criteria; author PRDs, prioritize engineering work, and manage delivery.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture reviews, stakeholder coordination, production readiness, and issue resolution.
- Drive launch and adoption, document maintenance and training plans, and identify reusable patterns and future engagements.
