Own customer-facing AI and data engagements from discovery through production launch, translating strategic business problems into product requirements, technical direction, and measurable outcomes.
What you'll do
- Partner with Sales and customer executives to define business value, pilot MVPs, success criteria, and timelines; author PRDs and prioritize engineering work.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture reviews, and agile delivery with FDE engineers; manage scope, stakeholders, risks, and production readiness.
- Own launch, adoption, and value measurement; plan maintenance and training, and identify follow-on opportunities and reusable solution patterns.
