What you'll do
- Lead delivery of complex customer engagements, including architectural decisions and management of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies; produce program plans, status reports, and other customer deliverables.
- Serve as a customer escalation point and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical delivery issues.
