Delivers customer-facing Databricks data engineering, data science, cloud, and AI projects, from architecture and implementation through deployment, training, and support.
What you'll do
- Design and build reference architectures, productionize customer use cases, and guide end-to-end big data and AI projects.
- Scope and deliver professional services engagements with customers and internal teams, managing technical work to meet customer needs.
- Provide escalated operational support and share product and implementation feedback with Engineering and Customer Support.
