Leads and grows a Financial Services Solutions Architect team, partnering with Sales to drive technical sales, customer success, and revenue for Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform.

- Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop Solutions Architects while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
