About the job
Provides Tier One customer support for Datacor software, troubleshoots customer issues, assists with software projects, and contributes to documentation and product improvements.
What you'll do
- Handle customer support calls, emails, and feature requests; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Assist customers with software projects, including custom report building and custom app configuration.
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate on improvements to internal and customer-facing tools.
