What you'll do
- Lead and develop Salesforce administrators and external partners; own the roadmap, intake, prioritization, and executive reporting.
- Lead onboarding of acquired companies and business units onto the Salesforce org, including environment assessment, migration, data conversion, and portal consolidation.
- Set platform architecture and operational direction for CPQ, integrations, data governance, releases, security, and production reliability.
