Owns the design, execution, analysis, and continual improvement of scalable compensation programs and processes, including compensation and equity cycles.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute compensation programs and cycles, partnering with People, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders.
- Build compensation models and analyses; provide reporting and insights on programs, trends, market data, and internal equity.
- Oversee compensation systems and data, and lead program communications, change management, and process improvement.
