About the job
Manages and supports Datadog’s learning technology ecosystem, maintaining LMS stability and operations while enabling employee and partner learning.
What you'll do
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for learning technology issues and coordinate vendor incidents and resolutions.
- Administer and optimize the LMS, including configurations, permissions, enrollments, content, reporting, and data quality.
- Support platform upgrades, release testing, documentation, integrations, and adoption of automation and AI capabilities.
