What you'll do
- Manage the lifecycle and compliance of global entities, including formations, filings, records, governance documents, and portfolio rationalization.
- Coordinate entity-related work with Finance, Tax, People, government agencies, registries, outside counsel, and service providers; own the compliance calendar and Diligent Entities.
- Manage and develop one Corporate Paralegal; prepare supervised Section 16 and Forms 144 filings and administer Rule 10b5-1 plans.
