Own and optimize Datadog’s sourcing technology, workflows, vendor relationships, and AI adoption to improve how recruiting teams find and engage candidates.
What you'll do
- Own the sourcing tech stack and roadmap, including configuration, integrations, vendor management, and tool selection.
- Develop, evaluate, and implement AI-assisted sourcing workflows, measuring their effectiveness and ensuring responsible use.
- Drive CRM adoption and optimize sourcing processes, data flows, and compliance in partnership with recruiting, Legal, and Privacy teams.
