Leads Datadog’s Experience Design group while designing and shipping high-impact web experiences and evolving AI-assisted, code-connected design workflows.
What you'll do
- Manage, hire, coach, and develop designers while setting expectations and maintaining a high bar for design craft.
- Design priority web experiences from research and journey mapping through prototyping, implementation, and post-launch quality assurance.
- Partner with marketing, growth, engineering, and content teams to set priorities and deliver web experiences supporting business goals.
