Senior Product Manager, Chat, Video, and Collaboration Integrations

What you'll do

• Set the integration strategy and roadmap; build shared frameworks, APIs, and guidelines for Datadog product teams.
• Standardize bi-directional issue and ticket syncing, and deliver enterprise administration, identity, governance, and security capabilities.
• Use customer and partner input to prioritize work, support strategic deals, and track adoption, engagement, and revenue influence.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping technical B2B SaaS products, including ownership of a product area with multiple engineering teams.
• Deep experience with integrations, platforms, or developer-facing APIs.
• Strong technical depth with webhooks, sync models, authentication, rate limits, and AI/LLM trade-offs.
• Track record of driving roadmaps across organizational boundaries and experience with strategic technology partners, or a clear point of view on building partner relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience or genuine interest in developer platforms, observability, incident response, ITSM, or AI-assisted and agentic products.
• Experience with chat or collaboration surfaces, or ITSM/work-management systems.

Pay

$192,000 — $240,000 USD (yearly salary)
