Senior Sales Engineer - AI Accounts

What you'll do

• Own technical relationships and identify new workloads and teams across a portfolio of AI labs.
• Lead production-scale proofs of value, working with customer engineering teams to instrument workloads and demonstrate value against customer criteria.
• Partner with account executives, product, and engineering to support expansion, communicate customer feedback, and create reusable onboarding assets.

What they ask for

• 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a comparable technical customer-facing role; equivalent depth inside an AI lab, AI infrastructure company, or ML platform team is also welcome.
• Hands-on depth in AI/ML infrastructure, including GPU fleet management, distributed training, inference serving, model and agent evaluation, and related observability.
• Strong foundation in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, APM, distributed tracing, and agentic observability practices such as MCP.
• Demonstrated capability using AI tooling in personal workflows and scaling its use to others.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring peers or contributing to team enablement.
• Willingness to travel for multi-day customer onsites and industry and research conferences.

$149,000–$198,000 USD (base salary)
