About the job
Provides hands-on technical guidance to Datadog’s largest customers, helping them adopt products, improve IT operations, and achieve business goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on technical support and product adoption across pre-sales, post-sales, and renewals; analyze their IT operations and recommend improvements.
- Advocate for customers by understanding their goals and use cases, recommending configurations and features, and preparing for business reviews.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify product improvements and evolve adoption practices.
