About the job
Provides IT support and systems administration for end-user devices, servers, networks, and communications systems, including troubleshooting, deployments, monitoring, and documentation.
What you'll do
- Support Windows devices, servers, peripherals, and VoIP systems; troubleshoot applications and operating systems.
- Conduct remote support, software and system deployments and patching; monitor systems and networks and manage IT assets and tickets.
- Document procedures, maintain processes in audited environments, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
