About the job
Supports and maintains user devices, servers, networks, and related IT systems while providing technical support and managing deployments, documentation, and troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Support Windows devices, servers, peripherals, and VOIP systems; troubleshoot applications and operating systems for users.
- Conduct remote support, software and system deployment and patching, and monitor systems and networks.
- Manage IT assets and tickets, document processes and solutions, and participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
