About the job
Provides end-user and systems support, administers Microsoft 365 and endpoint devices, and resolves identity, access, and device issues.
What you'll do
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Manage devices with Intune and perform laptop imaging, provisioning, rebuilds, and lifecycle support.
- Resolve incidents through Jira, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Platform teams.
