Reviews and routes customer deals for accounting approval, ensuring documentation and terms comply with company policy and supporting timely deal closure.
What you'll do
- Review contracts and deal documents for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance; route deals through CRM approval and close workflows.
- Manage close/won turnaround, escalate exceptions, and prioritize in-flight deals during quarter-end and year-end close.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting; identify recurring documentation issues and recommend process or policy improvements.
