A Forward Deployed Engineer supports customer relationships and implementations while building and improving data products that help building-materials manufacturers make business decisions.
What you'll do
- Manage customer relationships, support end-to-end implementations, and coordinate account teams with engineering resources.
- Develop and scale data pipelines, product lines, and customer-focused customizations while maintaining data quality and adoption.
- Collaborate across data science, engineering, and sales; document coding work and train incoming employees.
