Lead business development and product strategy for DayFi’s energy-based yield products, growing DeFi integrations, partnerships, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Build and scale integrations across DeFi protocols and infrastructure, including Layer 1s, Layer 2s, stablecoins, lending markets, and bridges.
- Shape yield-product design and integration roadmaps to improve liquidity, retention, composability, and adoption.
- Coordinate partner incentive programs and co-marketing, and work with engineering, product, and marketing teams to support growth and user experience.

- Deep familiarity with DeFi, including RWAs, stablecoins, money markets, and structured yield platforms.
- Understanding of advanced DeFi strategies such as looping and fixed-rate interest products.
