Own the end-to-end technical design, implementation, evaluation, and production deployment of enterprise AI agents for strategic customers.
What you'll do
- Architect and build AI agent behavior, guardrails, customer-system integrations, and deployment workflows.
- Work with customer stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria, and troubleshoot agent and integration failures.
- Create evaluation and regression-testing processes, document customer needs, and feed platform improvements back to internal teams.
