Design and improve enterprise AI conversation experiences across channels, advise customers and internal teams, and develop frameworks that raise agent quality, especially for voice.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize AI conversations across chat, voice, SMS, and email; advise stakeholders on conversation design.
- Evaluate voice quality and interaction patterns, and build repeatable assessment frameworks.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to recommend improvements, and document best practices for the team.
